Leadership and volunteering bring benefits to both society at large and the individual volunteer. They make important economic and social contributions. It contributes to a more cohesive society by building trust and reciprocity among people. 

Northstar US Foundations supports sustainable human development globally through the promotion of volunteerism. It serves the causes of peace and development by enhancing opportunities for participation by all people. It is universal and inclusive while embracing community service in all its diversity. OCTA - One Change Treat & Aid

With the ultimate goal of helping California rid itself of homelessness, students become politically involved to see how communities deal with their homelessness issue from a political and economic standpoint. Students also take part in more personal and intimate ways in helping the poor. 


iEdu Times

Students create posts regarding topics such a politics, entertainment, sports, personal interviews, current events, etc. Once a month, the Korean Herald and The Los Angeles Times newspapers print out the most relevant or impressive post, whether it be art, writing, or comic. 


GAP - Global Achievement Project

Members travel overseas to less-fortunate areas to lend a helping hand in whatever ways they can. From casually keeping others company to helping build facilities for those in need, kindness goes a very long way within GAP. 


JPC - Junior Politics in California

Highschool students join to reach a level of political involvement that is hard to achieve for most. They have a voice to truly advocate for their needs, which has been provided to better our country by inspiring changes in the fundamental aspects of our society such as education.
